Username
This is your login, not your email. Pick something you will recall in six months on a phone keyboard. Avoid using your full name, which you are also typing in public places when you sign in.
Password resets go here and need it alongside your username, so use an inbox you still check.
Phone
Your own mobile. If support ever needs to confirm the account is yours, the number on file helps.
Password

What should I do straight after registering?
